Further additionally, Mahindra has also begun work on a BS-VI-compliant engine for the SUV in preparation for the new emission norms that come into effect on April 1, 2020. Currently the TUV300 is powered by a 100hp, 1.5 litre three cylinder diesel engine that is mated to a 5 speed manual and an AMT gearbox.
